Professional Fees

It is customary to pay for professional services at the time they are
rendered. We follow this policy in our practice and accept cash.
check, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

Your dental insurance policy is a contract between you and your
insurance carrier, not between Dr. Williams and the insurance
company or employer. You will receive a statement itemizing
charges for each visit if needed for you to attach to your insurance
claim form. Dr. Williams does accept assignment of certain
approved dental plans.

Deductibles and co-payments are due at the time of services. If our
fee is higher than the amount paid by your insurance company, you
will be responsible for the difference. Many procedures patients
desire are not covered and thus payment is requested at the time
of service.

It is the patient's responsibility to check with their insurance
company to verify that we are a provider. We cannot confirm this by
just looking at your card. If we file your insurance, but are not a
recognized provider, the patient will be responsible for all charges
incurred. 0% payment plans are available with approved credit, through Carecredit.

Fees for office visits and surgery vary with severity and complexity of
the problem. If you have any questions, please ask our
receptionist. We will be glad to discuss them with you.
